Each Joy&Grit item is made to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, choosing the wrong size, or changing your mind, except where required by applicable law.

Defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our production partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
